PAYMENT

Payment (CIMB & MAYBANK)
Full payment to be made after confirmation via CIMB account.
Bank details will be given after your order has been placed.
If you’re making an offline transfer (bank deposit / counter money transfer), please keep any transaction slip until we have confirmed your payment.

SHIPPING


All the purchased goods will be sent out for shipment as soon as the corresponding payment has been made and confirmed. Parcel is expected to reach your doorstep within a week.

All deliveries for Ready-Stock items will be handled by PosLaju.

Shipment Cost
Please refer to the following tables for the costs of shipment to different areas within Malaysia:

West Malaysia
1-3 pcs: RM7
4-5 pcs: RM9
6-7 pcs: RM11
8-9 pcs: RM13
10-12 pcs: RM14
13 pcs and above: Additional RM1 per item
East Malaysia
1-3 pcs: RM9
4-5 pcs: RM12
6-7 pcs: RM15
8-9 pcs: RM17
10-12 pcs: RM20
13 pcs and above: Additional RM1.50 per item

Once the goods have been sent out for shipment, we will update the status of your order and email you with the shipment tracking number.

Note: Currently PosLaju does not make delivery to PO Box

Note: We are not responsible for item lost during shipment, but we will provide our assistance to solve the problem as much as we can.


Payment Balance

You will have a payment balance when:


  • one of the items in your order is out of stock
  • paid more than your order amount (common issue for those who uses cash deposit machine to make payment)
When this is the case, you will be given 2 options:


  1. Get a balance refund
  2. Convert balance into shopping voucher (can be used for future purchases)
If you prefer to get a refund, please provide us with the following details, and we will process the refund as soon as possible.


  • Bank Name (e.g. Maybank, CIMB)
  • Bank Account Holder Name
  • Bank Account Number
